| The Shire (8 sub-boards)
The Shire is home to the halflings of Middle Earth, the small people calle Hobbits. Shy of the rest of the world and content to simply enjoy their lives, the Shire is a fine, erlaxing place to visit - and Longbottom Leaf is famous throughout Middle Earth.

| Imladris (2 sub-boards)
Called "Rivendell" in the human tongue, Imladris is the home of Elrond and the Noldor Elves. It is also known as "The Last Homely House East of the Sea", and it is a place of refuge for the elves who remain in Middle Earth. The Noldor are renowned craftsman; it was one of their ancestors who created the Silmarilli.

The golden forest of Lorien is home to the Galadhrim, the Teleri Elves. They are curious folk who live in the trees; few tread on the forest floor.

Here live the Dwarven Clans, mining the hills to their hearts content. Their Kingdom is built entirely underground. Come here to visit the great halls of the dwarves.

| The Grey Havens (2 sub-boards)
This is where elves bound for the Undying Lands come to take the great ships across the ocean and far, far away. The elves here are the fairest of all elves, and their duty is to see people safely leave Middle Earth, or to give advice to Kingdom Leaders, for as well as being fair, they are also immensely wise. They rarely leave the Grey Havens, unless it is to see to a specific matter regarding the rest of Middle Earth.

Mordor is home to the foullest creatures to be found on Middle Earth. Called the Lands of Shadow because of the permanent evil that lingers around it, it is gradually being re-built after Sauron was defeated.

This country lies south of Mordor. Home to the Southlings, it is the one place on Middle Earth where the Mumakil, or "Olliphants" are to be found. This country, being so close to it, is closely allied with Mordor.

Isengard is now home to countless numbers of Uruk-Hai, foul creatures bread from orcs crossed with goblins. They are a growing threat on the face of Middle Earth.

Umbar is to the far south of Middle Earth, and is home to the Corsairs, the pirates of the land. They spend most of theur life aboard ships, plundering villages and towns along the coast, but here in the south is their home.

Dunland is home the the Hillmen, a wild race of men who are crule, freocious, and proud of it. They are long time enemies of Rohan, and are so keen to take back the land that they believe to be rightfully theirs...

The dwarves of Moria have long since been driven out of their home by goblins. The goblins now rule Moria as their own, answering only to the Balrog which lives in the depths of Khazad-Dûm.
